1. Introduction
This Copyright & Usage Policy explains ownership, usage rights, source files, stock assets, footage, templates, portfolio rights, and restrictions related to creative work produced by Anrixh Studio.
2. Final Deliverables
After full payment, the client receives usage rights for the final approved deliverables according to the project scope, package, invoice, or written agreement.
Final deliverables may include:
- Final graphic design files
- Edited videos
- Exported website assets
- Published website pages
- Branding files
- Social media creatives
- Advertisement creatives
- Approved digital files
3. Ownership Transfer
Ownership or usage rights transfer only after full and final payment has been received.
Until full payment is completed, all work remains the property of Anrixh Studio.
4. Source Files
Source files are not included unless clearly stated in writing.
Source files may include:
- PSD files
- AI files
- Figma files
- Premiere Pro project files
- After Effects project files
- Blender files
- Raw timelines
- Website source code
- Database files
- Internal templates
- Motion presets
If source files are required, they must be purchased separately or included in the package.
5. Stock Footage and Licensed Assets
Anrixh Studio may use various types of licensed, stock, demo, or third-party creative assets in agency work.
These may include:
- Stock footage
- Stock photos
- Stock music
- Sound effects
- Fonts
- Icons
- Mockups
- Design templates
- Motion templates
- Video overlays
- Transitions
- LUTs
- Plugins
- AI-assisted elements
The client receives permission to use the final exported deliverable, but does not receive ownership of individual stock assets unless separately licensed.
6. No Exclusive Rights Over Generic Assets
The client does not receive exclusive rights over:
- Generic stock footage
- Common templates
- Motion presets
- Transitions
- Sound effects
- Stock music
- Mockups
- Fonts
- Plugins
- Internal design systems
These assets may be used in different types of agency projects for different clients where permitted by licensing terms.
7. Client-Provided Assets
If the client provides footage, images, music, product photos, logos, brand files, fonts, or any other material, the client confirms that:
- They own the material, or
- They have valid permission/license to use it, and
- The material does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
The client is fully responsible for legal issues related to client-provided materials.
8. Restrictions
The client may not:
- Resell Anrixh Studio templates.
- Redistribute source files without permission.
- Extract and reuse stock footage separately.
- Claim ownership of third-party assets.
- Sell unused concepts.
- Modify final work in a way that creates legal issues.
- Use deliverables for illegal, misleading, or harmful purposes.
9. Portfolio Rights
Unless restricted by written agreement, Anrixh Studio may use completed work for:
- Portfolio
- Website showcase
- Social media
- Case studies
- Presentations
- Proposals
- Showreels
- Marketing materials
10. Copyright Complaints
If any party believes content used by Anrixh Studio violates copyright, they may contact legal@anrixhstudio.com with:
- Name and contact details
- Description of copyrighted work
- URL or file location
- Proof of ownership
- Statement of good faith
- Signature or authorized confirmation
Anrixh Studio may review and remove or replace disputed content where appropriate.
